    20 minutes. We listen, ask, and look at your real data on screen. No deck, no pre-form.

    Q.01 Do I need to sign an NDA before we talk? +
    No. We treat first calls as confidential by default; if a real engagement starts, we'll sign whatever you need. NDAs before exploratory chats slow everything down for no upside.
    Q.02 Can you work alongside an in-house team or another agency? +
    Often, yes. We'll want to be honest about scope and ownership - usually we end up doing the technical / measurement spine while in-house owns content production, or vice versa.
    Q.03 We're early-stage / pre-revenue. Are you the right fit? +
    Yes - we actually love startups. We start small, fix what matters, and only scale once it makes sense.
    Q.04 Do you do one-off projects? +
    Yes - we do. But the work that actually moves the needle often needs more time.
    Q.05 What time zones do you cover? +
    Calls run 9–17 CET, but the work is async-first.
    Q.06 How do I know if I'm just wasting your time? +
    You're not. If we're not a fit we'll say so on the first call and point you to someone who is. We'd rather lose 20 minutes than start a wrong engagement.
